Not what I expected

I don’t like to give bad reviews but must cause it was not what I saw online ! First of all the house was not clean well carpet had stains my shower door was not working at all had to use other bathroom of my family to shower .Washer machine not working the iron too I killed a roach in kitchen the furniture outside was not what I saw online the pool had a jacuzzi with warm water never had the correct temperature. In the garage broken and old furniture! Will not rent again from Nova vacation homes

Vacation from hell

We spent our first day washing the bedding, cleaning and sanitizing the house. Most of the furniture is broken. Walls are damaged. Pool was green with algae and had lots of hair from the previous renters. Carpet is filthy. Bugs and spider webs all over. House has a horrible smell especially the carpet. WiFi doesn’t work. Most of the game tables were broken. Overall, this house was very unclean and unsafe for my family’s children whom spent their hard earned money to stay in such poor conditioned of a house. I can go on see pictures for verification. I contacted the property manager and VRBO but was not offered any solution. We were stuck and had no choice but to buy cleaning products to clean the house and laundry detergent to wash the linen . I would never book another house I would rather just pay the extra money for a hotel or resort. I’m still waiting no one has reached out to me in regards to ours issues. Please look at the pictures and book at your own risk. This property doesn’t deserve a 1 star.
