Welcome to our newly renovated home in West Kelowna, BC. Situated in a peaceful and serene neighborhood, our property is the perfect choice to host your next vacation. Enjoy the wondrous views as well as the abundance of natural light in our cozy home. Have the whole house for your family and guests to enjoy!

Our kitchen is designed with modern appliances and all the necessary cooking tools to make you feel right at home. Whether you're looking to cook a full meal or simply heat up leftovers, our kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings. We believe that having access to a well-equipped kitchen is an essential part of any vacation, and we're happy to offer this amenity to our guests. BBQ Grill, blender, coffee machine, new pots and pan sets, electric kettles; just to name a few, are all available for you to enjoy.

If the time is right, you have access to a beautiful orchard filled with wine grapes and peaches, right in the backyard!

Lower Level Info:

As guests of the property, you are booking the whole house. There is no other party residing in the house during your stay. At the bottom of the stairs we have a locked door for storage of our personal items.

We've also restricted access to the lower level as it has not been updated yet. We hope to get to it soon so we can expand the space to allow more guests!

Cameras and Security Devices

For the safety of our property and ultimately our guests, we have three actively recording devices which can record both video and audio. Majority of times devices are not being actively monitored, but instead is used to review footage only when necessary.

All devices are mounted on the exterior of the property. The interior of the house is not monitored by any camera devices.

We recently stayed at this property for 33 nights. We loved how close it was to all amenities, the location is great! The house is exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable and spacious and in a great neighbourhood. It was the most well stocked home we have ever rented and we have rented quite a few. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked with just about everything you could need. The lake views and surrounding area from the house are beautiful, and made for enjoyable meals out on the balcony. We had some family stay with us for 10 days and they loved how close it was to waterfront, wineries, hiking trails and restaurants. The host Brian is the best we have ever had in all our years of renting and even arranged for a mid-stay cleaning refresh. Brian's communication and attentiveness was off the charts, always quick to respond and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and could not recommend this property and Brian enough. Thank you very much Brian. 12/10

We had the best stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax at home. The location is quiet, easily accessible from downtown Kelowna - making trips back and forth effortless, and the view is spectacular! Many morning coffees were had on the balcony. Communication was off the charts impeccable leading up to our stay and while we were there. Some of our group arrived earlier and had trouble with the door, and not only did Brian responded to us immediately but he had the group inside within seconds! It truly was the most amazing stay!

The house was average on the outside but as soon as you open the doors, it’s a shock as to how beautiful, modern & open the interior is! pleasantly surprised when we walked in the house it was definitely nicer inside than out. Had some issues with some of the lighting but Brian was easy to contact and he helped us get it figured out. Amazing stay, highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and Brian has the unit fitted with everything you could need for your stay. There were so many thoughtful little details, truly can’t recommend this place enough. We were a family of 8, and had plenty of room. The balcony overlooking the lake is a gorgeous place for breakfast, and evenings. The drive into downtown Kelowna was about 15 minutes, and was still only 25mins at its worst with traffic. Totally worth it though, it’s such a nice quiet neighbourhood, and super close to grocery stores. Plenty of kitchen tools, like knives, pots, pans for cooking. The view from the kitchen made cooking meals such an enjoyable task. The place was so clean, and comfortable. I can’t wait to be back, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The house is older and extremely well kept. The pool tile needs to be updated, but overall, it was a good place to stay. Here are some of the pros and cons that stood out to us.Pros: The house was close to the beach, and extremely clean. There was a bed for each member of our family, and enough room for all 7 of us to spread out. The pool was small, but it was great having it to hang out in after going to the beach. It was also nice to have the upstairs and downstairs kitchens to use.Cons: There is no way to control the hot tub, and not all of the jets work properly. The outside kitchen is not what it looks like on the photos from the site, but there is a separate grill to use for cooking. The only proper ice maker is in the tiki hut. The pool alarm works in the bathroom, but not in the downstairs bedroom, so if you have young children, I would keep the bedroom door locked.
