This stunning Copper Chase condominium has been recently renovated (summer of 2023) and is located conveniently just above the Navajo lift, giving you quick and easy access to world-class skiing and mountain biking right from your door. Your perfect retreat is here and waiting for you to make unforgettable memories with family and friends! The condominium also offers a range of must-have amenities so you can have the time of your life – soak in the hot sauna, relax in the heated hot tub, take a dip in the heated pool, break a sweat in the fitness center, or gather in the lounge and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cocoa in front of the fireplace. All of these features make the Copper Chase condominium a fantastic spot for your next getaway!

Check-in at or after 4:00 p.m. (If you arrive before 4 p.m., the lock will not let you gain access - please make special arrangements with the host if you arrive before 4 p.m.).
Check-out is at 10:00 AM - we have back-to-back bookings quite often, so in most cases, we cannot do a late check-out as the cleaning crew will arrive at 10:00 AM to clean and accommodate the next guest's arrival.
All properties have a ring doorbell adjacent to the entry door for exterior security.
4 Guest Maximum.
No Pets of any kind.
No parties or events.
No Smoking.
We will charge $250.00 per occurrence for smoking damage.
No smoking is allowed outside the foyer and just outside the entry door.
It would be best to use the designated smoking areas outside and away from the building.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
*No shoes, snowboard boots, or ski boots to be worn inside the condominium.
*No skis, snowboards, or mountain bikes inside the condominium.
*No recreation equipment of any kind inside the condominium.
