Living and dining areas, kitchen with bar height counter and stools, and balcony with barbecue on lower level, full bath midway between first and second floors, and master suite with 3/4 bath and second bedroom upstairs (new mattresses June 2019). Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors and share a spacious balcony with view of Avalon and the harbor. There is also a queen sofabed in the living room.
