Home away from home by the lake - Cozy Cottage available for a small family.

Cozy cottage, steps away from the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. Inside is an open-concept living space, with a natural gas fireplace. Total of 2+1 bedrooms, with a spacious bathroom including a standing shower. The backyard has a nice deck with a large patio table and a fire pit behind. The lake offers swimmable water and sandy shores. It is a peaceful spot and short drive to Niagara Falls. A 24 hours store & Tim Hortons within driving distance. Water sport rentals available within a 6 min drive.
The backyard has a nice fire-pit area where people can sit and relax on the comfortable muskoka chairs. The deck offers a patio table as well, along with nice chairs to sit and lounge as well. The bbq is available for use, kindly clean at your best after use. Kindly make sure to shut off the propane once done.

Well equipped 3 bedroom cottage available for a small family. The 2 bedrooms are available to sleep plus the den as a futon couch or a mattress that you put on the floor. The living room space has very comfortable couch and a lounger chair where you can relax with a nice cup or tea and enjoy the head of fire place. The fireplace can get hot so please take caution & it is operated in a smart way with the Nest.

You have access to the entire house. Please treat it as your own home and enjoy your stay :)

The site does not have any laundry - please keep that in mind.

Please shut off all lights, fans & AC on your way out. Kindly wash all used dishes and leave to dry. Please be sure not to pour oil or other debris down the drain.
Please put out the fire after each use. Only flush toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues & fees. Kindly keep all garbage & recycled items outside in the grey bin before leaving.
Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice house, great location

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice and very well kept, and being walking distance to a beach and the North Shore of Lake Erie is a great location. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time. Was a very comfortable cottage. Modern, well stocked.you really just need to bring you food and clothes. There is some pantry items and condiments for your use. We didnt use the firepit(large) as there is a fire ban or the hot tub . Close to the beach which is very clean. There is also plenty of beach paraphernalia for you to use. We would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend this cottage , more like a home away from home
