This luxury modern 1600 sqft 3 BR / 2 BA townhome is ideal for family and friends who want to enjoy an updated space for a quiet getaway. It has gorgeous views of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course & Blackcomb Mountain. Walk to Blackcomb Lifts, the Valley Trail & The Village.
Enjoy 2 large TVs with cable, gas fireplace, 2 decks, a BBQ and fully stocked kitchen ready for your family meals together.
Just a short walk to the blackcomb mountain base to jump on the lifts, or take the free shuttle over to the main village lifts. There free city bus shuttle stops right outside the complex that will take you to the Blackcomb ski lift, the Whistler ski lift, the Village, the Upper Village and back home. It runs every 10 minutes in high season and every 20-30 minutes in low season.
Or you can walk to the Blackcomb ski lift, and the village for dining and activitie and for coffee or dinner in the Village in 10-15 minutes on the scenic, paved trails that are lit for evening walking as well.
Our unit is on the top floor, requiring a flight of stairs for access, and best suited for quiet family stays and quiet groups, as the pitter patter of kids running around or boisterous entertaining is disruptive to our neighbours below.
Our tree-lined complex with beautiful views and mountain breezes keep our unit temperature comfortable in the summer. There's a ceiling fan & fans are included for guest use in the bedrooms (no air conditioning).
Right next door to our driveway you'll find the clubhouse to the Fairmont Whistler Golf Course.

Located just a short walk to the restaurants and amenities at the Upper Village, or follow the trails right to the main village about 10-15 minutes walk from the townhouse.
Our townhouse requires stairs to access the unit and the second-floor bedroom, it is not accessible for those who cannot use stairs.
SKI HILL ACCESS
Blackcomb Ski Hill Access is located a few minutes walk down the road behind the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
There is a free village shuttle out front for guests to get to and from the village and both Blackcomb and Whistler ski lifts. The shuttle stops out front every 10 minutes in high season and every 20-30 minutes in low season throughout the day and late into the evening. No need to drive to the village for dinner or activities!
KITCHEN
Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy family meals together. A drip coffee machine and coffee grinder are available as well as a stock of basic coffee and teas. Deluxe Miele cooking appliances and oversized fridge and freezer for your cooking needs.
The kitchen is well-appointed with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar that overlooks the dining room.
LIVING AREA
The spacious entrance features room for all your equipment storage needs.
The open-concept main living area features a vaulted ceiling, comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, large TV and sliding door access to the balcony with a BBQ and scenic views.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Our mountain retreat is designed for relaxation with spacious bedrooms and lots of natural light.
The spacious master bedroom is located on the second level and features a king bed. There's a TV and a private balcony. The master ensuite features a his and her rain shower and double vanity with granite counters.
The other two guest bedrooms are located on the main level. The first features a queen bed, 2 single beds and a desk. The second features a queen bed – perfect for kids or extra guests. The separate modern bathroom on this level features a spacious glass-enclosed rain shower and a single vanity with granite counters.
