Ski Access
To ski home to Mountain Star, take one of three exits to the right off Lower Cruiser Run on Blackcomb Mountain. To ski out, it is a short walk from the Mountain Star complex to reach the trail to the right of the Coast Blackcomb Suites Hotel that accesses Merlin's run down to the base of Blackcomb and the Blackcomb Gondola. If you missed the three exits when skiing home, this is also your last chance to ski home. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. There are steps from the garage to the street level and steps from the street level to the home's entrance with no elevator.
• Parking restrictions. The Mountain Star complex has an underground parkade with a height restriction of 6'10". Please note that parking of oversized and overweight vehicles in the parkade is restrictive and there are no above-ground stalls. • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Mountain Star complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
