This slope-side condo features an open floor plan with Colorado-inspired interiors. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops. Guests can enjoy bar seating at the end counter for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six guests, and the living area features a wood-burning fireplace and wall-to-wall windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will also enjoy mountain views from the outdoor balcony equipped with a gas grill.

This condominium features four bedrooms and sleeps 10 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, en suite bath, shower/tub combo, and balcony access. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom has two double beds, an en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and a TV. There is also a sofa bed available for extra guests.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

Beautiful Condo with outstanding views

I have to begin with the price. It may be too high for the location. Yes, the view is incredible, the pics of the condo itself does not do it justice, and it is right next to Assay; however, because this condo was on the second floor, it posed a few problems. First, it is not ski in/out from actual condo. The ski in/ out is located in the center of the complex that requires quite a hike and stairs (yes there is an elevator, but to get to elevator requires going up several stairs because of the design). second, once you get your skis from the locker and head to the slopes, there is a big stair climb to the trail that takes you to Elk gondola, but you can push yourself to the trail that gets you to the Assay lift. Third, again, because of it's location you must carry luggage up stairs -- regardless of elevator. For these three reasons, I feel it is overpriced. Overall, the condo itself is furnished nicely, cozy, super clean, with large rooms and outstanding views. I would probably stay again because of these reasons.

Condo was lovely, amenities, neighbors and noise big issues

If you are looking for a spacious, clean and lovely slope view condo, this was a great place. If you are also looking for a place that also has quiet respectful neighbors, usable hot tub and pool, responsive staff and is easy to walk to the slopes, this is not the place for you. While many of these things we all could have overlooked, for the right price, the fact that we paid a thousand dollars a night for this place makes the harsh review necessary. The worst part about this was the upstairs neighbors who nightly decided to rage, stomp and scream. The management was notified three times before they came and knocked on the peoples door. and when they did, they told them that it was their downstairs neighbors complaining!! so they became even louder and more agressive each night. the people were super rude to the staff, and told them to basically hit the road they werent going to stop. we even had to call the police by the third night. for a family with a two year old, a 7 month pregnant momma, and their elderly parents, this was a nightmare. we also tried to use the pool and hot tub, but both were covered, cold and full of leaves. someone had to be called to uncover them each time if we wanted to use them and strain out the debris. getting to the ski hill was also a huge schlep. they have an elevator but it only goes up two floors and you are left hiking up 3-6 flights of stairs carrying all your equipment. we have stayed in many condos complexes over the years in this location on snowmass mountain and usually there is a place to keep your boots etc overnight so you only have to walk in regular shoes if its a ways up. that would have been fine, but there was nothing like this. the front desk was really nice, but it always took at least an hour to get anything from them. we usually ended up just walking down and getting what we needed instead of waiting for them. really at the end of the day, this place is NOT worth the money. you can go to almost any other complex in this area and pay the same price or less for MUCH more. Super disappointed.

Thanks for your feedback and for staying with us, Carolyn! We sincerely apologize for any issues encountered with the neighbors and appreciate your adherence to our Good Neighbor Policy. While we can't control what other residents do in their own homes, there is a noise ordinance with quiet hours and we are happy local authorities assisted you and your group. The pool is covered, but the water is always warm and our front desk/maintenance open it quickly when requested. We have found that the pool gets little to no use in the winter, thus the reason it is covered. The hot tub is open from 10am-10pm daily during the winter and is uncovered and clean. This unit is located on the second floor, and there are stairs that lead right to the unit. This requires guests to only go up one flight of steps. Guests can use the elevator to get to the second floor, but then they have to walk down about 15 steps to get to their unit (the property is tiered as it is on the mountain, which is graded). Using the elevator is a guest choice, but is more work. Regarding schlepping your gear, we have ample staff available that offers to assist with this function and we apologize that this may have been unknown to you. Lastly, the property is located directly on one of the ski runs, and once guests walk down one flight of stairs they can ski directly to this ski run. Our local team strives to provide every one of our guests with the best vacation possible. We are so sorry if our standards were not met during your time with us!

Nice, spacious unit, well laid out and comfortable for our family of 6. But was a bit run down, multiple light fixtures broken/not working. and location isnt as good as other ski in ski out lodges at Snowmass. Ski out is a stretch as it is a lot of stairs / walking to the slope.

This condo was excellent! Huge rooms with comfy beds. Spacious for a big family. Condo was slope slide. Although lift by condo was not open yet. Shuttle service was fast. Kitchen had everything. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautifully decorated!

Snowmass in the Summer

This was a great unit to stay in. Comfortably fit 2 families. Loved the complex & location, super easy 5 min. walk into town. Had daily cleaning to switch out the towels which was nice. Would stay here again. Very nice pool area and hot tub.
