This comfortable, cozy, slope-side condo features vaulted ceilings, mountain décor, and an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and end counter seating for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the mountainside outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill.

This condo features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom – the primary bedroom has access to the balcony. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds, a TV and a bathroom.

This rental is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will access the third floor via an elevator in the newly renovated arrival center.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

Perfect Location - limited glassware and cookware

Property is 70’s era, but inside is reasonably modern. LOT’s of stairs which is not that great in ski boots, but the ski-in/ski-out location is nearly ideal. There is lots of construction both in the property and nearby which takes away a lot if ambiance, but would stay there again.

Lovely with a few caveats

The location of this unit is absolutely incredible with such entertaining views, while the skiers and snowboarders are maybe 30 yards from your view. It is a bit tricky if you are a skier as there are stairs to consider in ski boots (locker to the slopes). Additionally, you need to navigate 15 stairs without elevator access within n the complex. Not an issue for the majority of people, but just information to be aware of. The unit was well-maintained, but beginning to look a bit dated, yet everything was in working condition and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay

Good location. Had a few issues which weren’t addressed.

Had some issues - we purposely selected a unit with 3 bathrooms and couldn’t use one the entire time one as it was broke when we got there. We also planned to use the gym , we went down only to find out it was closed until further notice . There was quite a bit of construction which we weren’t advised of , the noise started at 630a. Also one day while our family was trying to enjoy some time at the pool , the landscapers on site had a huge argument with threats , vulgar language which went on for 15 minutes before I had to go to the office to have it stopped , very upsetting. We paid a lot for this trip and expected much more . Disappointed !

Great location and great staff! Not enough sheets and towels available for the amount of guests. Bed linens were dated and there were not enough pillows. Shower faucet in third bathroom did not work, so was unable to get hot water out. The kitchen could also use additional pots and pans for cooking. Great collection of puzzles and games. Overall a great place and was fantastic to be able to ski in and ski out, but not what we would normally expect for the amount paid.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 5. Easy ski in/ski out with ski lockers on 1st floor. Shuttle service to/from airport and around town made getting around easy. On-site staff very accommodating and helpful. Plan to stay again!

Awesome for a large group!

We had a great time at the Enclave! It was perfect for our family and had plenty enough space for all of us. Super clean and great location on the slopes. The views were amazing too! We’ll definitely be coming back.
