It is exactly as portrayed in the listing. 4 bedrooms and a very spacious first floor. 2 dining room tables, seating for 10. Very well equipped kitchen. There were 8 of us, all 15 and older except for an 7 year old. Less than half a mile to Main St. and a more blocks to the Marina. Great place.

This was our best rental by far on cape cod in the 7 years we have been going. There were a lot of amenities (grill, fully stocked kitchen, great beds etc) We will definitely be requesting it again. It had a huge yard for the kids, a pool table, and lots of counter and table space. The rooms were lovely with air conditioning and TVs. We had more than enough space. We are all avid readers and there was such a good selection of books throughout the house and the host left a welcome gift and answered all our texts immediately. She was so gracious and kind. It was very charming. Hopefully, we will be back next year.
