This Charming Waterfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Flagler Beach is the perfect blend of comfort and style. This home features a modern kitchen, spacious indoor and outdoor areas with a dock. This home is just a short walk away from the cinnamon sand beaches, boat launch which provides easy access to water activities, shops, and restaurants. This Home Is Perfect For Anyone Seeking The Ultimate Florida Lifestyle.



It's time to relax in this beautiful home on the BEAUTIFUL ATLANTIC SIDE OF FLORIDA!!!



And who doesn't like to watch the beautiful creatures of the sea? Watch dolphins play in your own section of the canal in this community from your kitchen, dining room, sitting room, master bedroom, and the screened-in lanai. Property is situated right off the main canal which leads directly to the IntraCoastal Waterway.



This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

relax!

The most relaxing vacation! I loved sitting on the dock and in the sun room., So quiet. Walked to the beach, and to breakfast. Good parks close by with long boardwalks. Great restaurants close by. Local artist shops along with other fun shops. We'll be back!

Peaceful and Relaxing

I love this property. It is locatated in a very quiet older neighborhood. The channel of water in the back has a lot of interesting wildlife. We saw dolphins, herons, osprey and much more. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and the many nice restaurants in Flagler Beach. Our dog enjoyed the trip as well as its been too cold to walk him in Indiana the last few weeks (returned home to temps below zero). The house itself, although being on the older side, is very nice. The kitchen appears to be recently updated. We liked to sit in the sun room and read or watch for wildlife. I really can't think of a single issue we had. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Repeat stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this location due to the access to the dock. It was nice sitting outside with our morning coffee or a drink at the end of the night. Only critique is that the house needs updates and the cabinet handles were loose but overall we like the place.

Wonderful Family Vacation

What a perfect place to stay for your family! There is plenty of room to spread out, yet perfect spaces to gather for dinners together, cooking, and spending time on the covered dock. Great Thanksgiving Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The views were out of this world. We enjoyed spending time on the dock enjoying the sunshine. The house was very spacious allowed 6 of us to have our own space and we were very grateful that we were allowed to bring our granddog a very well behaved Bernese. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked breakfast in each day, We would definitely stay here again. We loved that the owners left a note of the refrigerator with the history of the home.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Paradise. The house was large and well equipped, nice quiet neighborhood. It was spotlessly clean. Our favorite part was the covered dock and the sun room overlooking the canal. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Location was convenient to the beach, good restaurants, movie theater and shopping. Very relaxing!

A waterfront family haven

We had a great time! The house is close enough to the beach to ride bikes there. The dock on the canal is a wonderful place to start and end your day. The kitchen is well supplied so you can easily cook family meals. We enjoyed relaxing on the family room and on the screened porch and were close enough to extended family to make quick trips for daily visits. the house is close to St. Augustine so we were able to take in the historical richness of the area. All in all it was a perfect place for us.

Great location

Hello, our first impression of the house was excited. We loved the location, the inside/outside space. We were traveling with my Dad so we didn’t feel crowded or having a lack of privacy which was nice. The only things I would recommend is replacing the beds, they were uncomfortable, fix the front walkway, my Uncle twisted his ankle on it and an outside light by the back door. We were grilling at night and had no light. We would definitely come back to this house to rent in the future.

Cute, Old Florida home

This is an older home which has had some updating. We stayed here for 4 nights over New Years and, although cold, enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the dolphins. We had our morning coffee in the screened porch overlooking the canal while our puppies enjoyed the fenced area of the yard. The sun room was our favorite when indoors as it had a sunny view of the water. The living room could use a new, more comfortable couch and the washer/dryer definitely need replacing. We had a few minor problems but Valarie was quick to respond. A quiet setting close to the sea and restaurants.

Palm Paradise

My family and I spent 7 days at Palm Paradise! The house and the location on the canal were fantastic! We spent a lot of time out on the dock enjoying the view and the nice breeze. The house is located within walking distance to some restaurants and the beach! There was a few of things that were bothersome. We were told that the drive way would hold 4 cars….we could only get 2 suvs on the driveway. The grass needed cutting and some of the bushes did need to be trimmed. The main thing that was bothersome was the garage smelled very musty probably due to the wood for the fireplace. We did not let this keep from enjoying the area and the beach!! It was great to be able to bring our 2 small dogs along on our adventure!! We had a great time with plenty of room for family!! 😎🏝️

Lovely view

My family and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at Palm Paradise. The view of the canal is lovely. We especially liked that this home was fully stocked with all the essentials when we arrived. We have stayed at other VRBOs that had the bare minimum of supplies - toilet paper, soap, D/W detergent, etc. Not this house - had all the necessary items for a pleasant stay - including a full spice drawer! I would also like to add that the master bathroom is fully handicap accessible, for those who might need it. We found the house clean and the booking agent helpful. We had a problem with the WiFi the evening we arrived, and it was corrected quickly. My only suggestion to the owners would be that the furniture is a bit dated and could use an upgrade to match all the lovely remodeling done in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again if I ever return to Flagler Beach.

Completely surprised

We were completely surprised when we walked in to find how nice this home was! It’s a little dated but it’s tastefully decorated. We loved how spacious it was for our family of 5. We loved it so much we would buy it in a heart beat. It’s quiet and so peaceful! However, there a few things that definitely would need to change: the beds really need to be updated. My daughter moved from the bed to the couch to the other couch bc the bed killed her back. And the twin beds I think are from the GW era. They’re teeny. The electrical throughout the house drove my master-electrician husband crazy. No lights in the backyard didn’t make sense. Lastly, I found several mouse droppings in the bottom cabinet of pots and some in the utinsils drawer. Other than those things, we would love to stay here again!

We are sorry to hear your daughter couldn't get comfortable. We will pass along your recommendations to the homeowners. We had pest control come out; however they didn't see any evidence of a mouse. We do however have lizards, which are very common to the area. They do sneak in when doors are open. We are also getting some lights installed outside.
