It has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and a gas grill . Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding,and wild life preserve .

We were notified that the original property we booked was unavailable and were changed to another property. The new property was larger and nicer. However, the property did not have essential items for a comfortable stay. It seemed that the property was staged for sale rather than a vacation B&B. The guest bedrooms did not have pillows or pillow cases only the decorator shams. The kitchen did not have some essential items needed to cook (i.e. pot holders, dish towels, a hand mixer, pitchers for tea or water, a garage door opener for the car, or information on how to operate the dishwasher. Also, a ceiling fan in one of guest bedrooms did not work and although we reported it to the manager, it was never repaired. The towel rack in the master bedroom was broken but was repaired. Although it was a very nice place, it was not suitable for a rental.
