This beautiful Golf Villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 baths, washer & dryer duplex style unit, 1,405sq. ft. This Villa is fully furnished with Wi-Fi throughout the house and a smart TV in the living room . The master bedroom has a king size bed with a curved smart tv. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size trundle underneath and a smart tv for nighttime viewing. It has an enclosed screened-in patio with outside furniture and a gas grill. Guest have access to two swimming pools, a professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, a Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's quiet, relaxing, and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wildlife preserve.

Great place to stay
The property was just as the pictures showed. It was supplied with almost everything we needed. I loved the bathroom with the colorful shower head. The living room furniture was really comfortable and clean. The only negative is the washer sounds like it needs maintenance or to be replaced, and one of the beds in F/Q room sinks in. Good luck with getting the host to respond in a timely fashion.
