PUMICESTONE CHASE UNIT 5

Please be advised that the swimming pool will be closed at all owners and residents as from 20th April to 26th April for the replacement of the waterline tiles.

What a view! An absolute waterfront unit overlooking the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and Golden Beach. This unit is located only a short distance to the patrolled area of Bulcock Beach, CBD, Stockland Shopping Centre, & the boardwalk with its free BBQ facilities.

There is an excellent range of dining-out options available nearby too. Happy Valley & Kings Beach are close by and are also popular spots for swimming.You can park the car in the undercover secure parking and walk everywhere.

Awesome location

Stunning views and awesome location - walking distance to beaches and shops. Lovely quiet and relaxing place for a holiday. The room advertised as having 2 single beds only has 1 single bed but has a mattress under the single bed that can be pulled out and placed elsewhere in the unit. There's quite a few stairs to climb to get to the unit as it's on the 2nd level, but the view is well worth it.

Amazing water views

We had an amazing time staying in this 3 bedroom apartment with amazing water views, great fishing and diving off the jetty, swimming in pool and close to shops and Bulcock beach. The cleaner didn’t do a great job as shower wasn’t cleaned properly, heaps of hair left on dresser and lounge.

Pumicestone

Great location, poor communication with Caloundra Holiday Centre. Place a bit tired and need of refresh. Curtains hanging of rails, stains on carpets, kitchen drawers broken, toilets and showers could be cleaner ☹️
