The best lakeview!

The house was spotless, comfy, good size for just the two of us and everything worked as it should. There are more great things about the house (well-stocked kitchen, good washer/dryer, etc.) but the major wow factor here is the view and the chance to sit in the yard and hear/see the birds and ducks. Sleeping at night with the windows open and again hearing the wildlife and seeing the moonlit lake is an extraordinary experience. In a car you are 3 minutes from the heart of old Floral City and it is certainly a very enjoyable walk or bike ride, too. Stop thinking about - just do it!

Peaceful Lake Retreat

We really enjoy the lake view and the peace and quiet. The Sandhill cranes, ibises, and anhingas keep it interesting. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen clean and well supplied. Good WiFi but limited cell service.

Lake House near Withlacootchee Trail

Quiet area two bedroom lake house with an abundance of wading birds, waterfowl and hawks. We stayed here because of its close proximity to the Withlacootchee Trail for bike riding. We would gladly stay here again.
