Perfect for 5 teens. Lots of space across 4 levels and an 8 ball table. Very handy for rainy days.

Great location.

Great location on the water with amazing views. House average. Was very worried about stability in a wind storm. Hard to get in contact with host. Some things not working. Unable to find pool stuff. Heating inadequate.
