Luxurious 2200 sqft, 2 bedroom Suite with large spacious patio and spectacular views of Lands End and Lovers beach from every room in the unit. Villa #2704 is centrally located in Cabo at Medano Beach and walking distance to the Marina and downtown Cabo, where you can take in many of the top restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy a short stroll along the beach to the Mango Deck or The Office or stop along the way for a beachside massage. This unit offers a spacious Master bedroom with King bed, a hideaway sleeper sofa and master bathroom with large jet tub. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Spacious living area with a sleeper sofa , flat screen TV and guest bathroom with shower. The Gourmet Kitchen has all the bells and whistles and a dining area for 6 people plus island seating for additional 4 guests.
Unit has air-conditioning and ceiling fans, In-suite laundry including laundry detergents, 3 flat screen TV's, free wifi, BBQ and a additional dining and seating area on the spacious patio.
You can also enjoy the many amenities of the resort such as the gym, outdoor pool and restaurants.

Great Location

Villa is located in a great location close to downtown Cabo in Médano Beach. Check in was easy and the Villa was clean, spacious with a beautiful view. Pool area wasn’t over crowded perfect to relax. Recommend this Villa to anyone that wants to enjoy their vacation in Cabo.

Perfect location

Perfect location on the beach, walkable to beach bars and the marina. Super clean and fun to be able to stay as a big group together. Eduardo was so great and helped with transportation and groceries, Linda was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great getaway in proximity to downtown Cabo

My friends, our daughters and I stayed over the Holidays and had a great and relaxing time. We loved that the unit is on the 7th floor, facing directly the water for great views. The unit is very spacious and nright, with a huge balcony where we ate and played board games. The kitchen is well equipped. We stocked up at Walmart on the first day. The location of the resort offers a nice compromise between being walking distance to the buzz/action of downtown Cabo and yet the resort is quiet and relaxing and isolated enough that it’s peaceful. We walked to restaurants downtown Cabo, trying different places each day and took a day trip to San Jose Del Cabo with Uber. Also took a boat trip to see whales and the arch, It was perfect.
