Upon check in on Thursday, August 27 we found the cottage looking like it had not been cleaned very well every ceiling fan had dust falling off of the blades there were cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the rooms. I did email the owners but never heard a response. So my husband and I spent an hour cleaning the cottage before our kids and grandkids arrived as we had five kids and a baby staying with us. For the price we paid the cottage should’ve been cleaned a lot better than it was. We have photos if those need to be submitted as we sent those to the owner on the Thursday the 27th when we arrived

Was nice for a fast getaway. Was outdated, the Tv or the DVD and player didn’t work. Everything was outdated. Was supposed to be a smart TV be couldn’t login to any of our streaming services. We had to book 2 days minimum and we left after 1 night so we could watch the World Cup. Was not given the check in instructions. Had to reach out to get them. The host uses a AL automatic system for communication and correspondence which was not effective.
