Great Home and Location

The property was great. The beds were firm and comfortable. We ordered pool heat and it was on and ready for us when we arrived. It would have been helpful for there to be a contact number provided in the emails, our login code did not work, and I had to Google the company in order to find a phone number. The problem was resolved quickly. My only issue was that there were NO pool towels. We had to buy towels for the house. Also, there was no kettle - and my mother would have liked one.

Beautiful place, great location

The house is absolutely beautiful! Some minor repairs should be addressed. Pot light in kitchen hanging from ceiling, several knobs of dresser drawers come off as it appears they were installed with screws that were too small, handle on patio door is missing a screw. The recreation room was a disappointment. Video game does not work, granddaughter fell backwards because large screw missing in armrest, foosball table has a ping pong ball, and a pool cue has no felt tip. Not much fun for grandchildren so we shut the door as the room was of no use to us. 1 frying pan for a group our size was also disappointing. Could use a few more pots and pans.
