Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

This house lists as an entire place but really a basement suit the owner overall is extremely rude terrible customer service definitely would not recommend to anyone as the place is really small. The owner kicked us out leaving us in a -25 degrees weather no where to go and when I tried contacting him he was so rude and hung up the phone
