This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood. The lot is located right on the water where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the canal. The spacious lanai has a lovely heated pool, a spacious dining area with a BBQ gas grill as well as a comfortable lounge area including a TV.

Villa McArita has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have King size beds and the other two has Queen size beds. The primary bedroom is en-suite. All bedrooms have TVs.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

In Villa McArita you're only 5 minutes away from the bridge over to Ft Myers and the beaches of Captiva and Sanibel. You're close to grocery shops, outlet shopping bars and restaurants.

Great facilities, super clean, would stay again

Easy check in with clear instructions. Property is very well equipped and had way more kitchen/cleaning equipment than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable and super clean throughout with plenty of linens. Location is convenient and easy to access. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! It was very clean, it had everything readily available for cooking, laundry and dish washing. The pool was the best feature. We stayed for two weeks.There were two issues which were a bit frustrating:-The first day we were here, there was an air conditioning inspector who needed to come in. Then we had the pool guy come unannounced twice during our stay. The pest control man came and walked right in as we were sleeping at 7:30 in the morning unannounced. Needless to say we were all shocked including our dog that went crazy and the service technician. The lawn service was mowing right by our bedroom windows early in the morning and shocked us awake. They were here twice during our stay and were doing their mowing and edging at 7 AM.-The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Any movement is felt through the whole bed. There is no support and it does affect the sleep quality and body aches and pains.Despite the few issues, we really enjoyed our stay as it was very roomy and clean. We will probably come back. We hope next time we will get a schedule of the services that will come in and out of the house. Walking in unannounced is completely unacceptable. I told the management about this and they said it was unacceptable as well. This could have been a serious issue if we had not caught our dog in time. A schedule and heads up would be greatly appreciated.
