Welcome to Desert Rose Getaway, a 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation haven spanning 2,692 sq feet, eagerly awaiting your group! With four bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds and ensuites, revel in the freedom to spread out and indulge in the same luxuries.

The fully equipped and stylish kitchen is poised to help you whip up a delightful family meal after a day exploring Southern Utah. The open floor plan seamlessly leads you into the living room, adorned with a spacious wrap-around couch and a sliding door to the back patio. Outdoor dining is a delight with the BBQ close by and a patio table that seats 6! The downstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV for your relaxation.

Throughout the home, embrace the tasteful decor and bask in the abundant natural light. Upstairs, delight in patios on either end of the house, offering incredible views of Snow Canyon in the distance and enhanced by the warm glow of Edison lights. We enjoyed a destination Thanksgiving this year at the Ledges in St. George! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a delicious holiday meal. The prime location near hiking opportunities in Snow Canyon State Park and swimming in the heated pool and jacuzzi on site were welcome additions for family fun. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Now our Family wants to make this an annual event!

The house was very comfortable and well kept. I love the mattresses. We felt bad that there were not any covers on the patio furniture. It rained hard and we could not use the patio because the furniture was soaked. Other than that, it was amazing.

We were impressed as soon as we entered our rented home .... Clean , spacious , well appointed and was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking of making this our permanent home for golf vacations going forward . Highly recommend this terrific property .

It was a 4 bedroom unit with king beds in each room with attached bathrooms which is set up for adults. Each room should have had a tv, I mean they are only about $400 to buy a 60” these days. It wasn’t fixed up as nice as other units we have stayed at in the ledges but having said these things the unit was new and clean. It was pretty close to the pool and the beds were comfortable.

Desert Rose getaway was clean, beautifully decorated and appointed with 4 King size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms! The kitchen was functional and the patios were great. All furniture and appliances were in working order This was an excellent for our group of friends. We used the resort pools & hot tub almost every day. We were surprised that the resort had bike rentals which was great.The management company was excellent; providing detailed documentation of our rental agreement and quick answers to our questions, as well as text reminders for "garbage day" & check in check outWe will definitely stay at the Ledges again and would hope to get the same condo for next years event.

Sibling Vacation

The property itself was wonderful. Very clean and neat, with large spaces in which to congregate. The bedrooms each had a king bed and their own bathroom, which was very nice and one of the reasons we chose the property. Our only hiccup was when we got there. After a 3.5-hour flight and another 2.5-hour car ride, we were ready and anxious to get into the property. However, due to a recent switch out of combination door locks, of which the management company seemed to be unaware, none of the information on our arrival documents worked to get us into the property. As a result, it took an hour or two to actually enter the property and begin our vacation. The time spent there was great, and the initial problem was an unfortunate, but small issue in the grand scheme of things. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Ledges is a great place to stay and overall, the home served its purpose. However, within the home, there were a lot of deferred maintenance items that were rather surprising, considering the loveliness of the Ledges overall.The coffee maker appeared to have not been cleaned in ages. We asked for a new one the first night there, and received one the very next morning.The exterior garage lights appeared to be burnt out (also corrected during our stay), the box spring of the smaller bed in the upstairs bedroom at end of hall is nasty dirty, with rust colored stains around it. A simple bed skirt would at least cover it to make things look cleaner. The bathroom for that bedroom had mildew on the shower curtain. There were not instructions on how to operate the TVs. The ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms would only operate at full speed. Remotes did not work. Grill was not cleaned after the last use before us. On the main floor bedroom's bathroom sink (left one), the faucet handle just pops right off. The bathroom in the bedroom right at the top of the stairs has a loose shampoo/conditioner rack. Also a piece of trim on the downstairs sliding glass door was broken and loose, which sometimes made it difficult to close that door. Again, small stuff, but it all adds up.We did really enjoy the upstairs main outdoor patio, and the home had really good space. Loved having all ensuites and the extra powder room downstairs. Great location with just the short walk to the pool.
