About this property

Sunny Escapes Getaway - Your spacious home away from home!

Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you can spend your vacation in our spacious (1,060 sq ft) two bedroom condo? This condo has a comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom and a full sized bed and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom has double sinks. It is stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home including a washer/dryer, coffee maker, crock pot, iron and ironing board, etc. You will be comfortable for a weekend or a month long stay.
It is located at the family friendly Sports Village Resort. We are located in beautiful St. George, Utah, renowned for its amazing scenery, hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and national parks! Bring your ATV for some great riding too!

Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large heated Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

-Jogging Paths, Shuffleboard and Playground

Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.

Condo was in a great location to golf courses and to far away from Tuacahn. Had everything you needed. Would be a 10/10 of they updated the beds and couch. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean. The price was very fair just not sure we would stay again because it was loud. Maybe just not the best insulation in the condo units. Also it is very dark and dated. Becky had many board games though, we really liked that!

We currently live in Pleasant Grove Utah and every chance we get we love to go to St George. We own a couple of side by sides and love riding here and the surrounding areas We love the weather here. Lots of fun in the sun!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property at Sports Village because we love the location. Its close to Snow Canyon the Tuachan and many other National Parks. We love all the amenities at Sports Village and all the fun amenities just happen to be right out our back door! The kids love it here. So much to do!

What makes this property unique

You can get to hiking trails, biking trails and ATV trails from right out the front door of the condo. If you are a golfer there are several golf courses within 5 miles of the condo
