We enjoyed our stay in VA beach. The option of sitting on the lawn or in beach chairs on the sand gave us the flexibility to enjoy the ocean view each day. We also enjoyed our balcony. Having an assigned parking spot made parking a breeze.

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is located right at the beach at the end of the boardwalk at 40th and Atlantic. I like to call it the quieter side of the boardwalk. You do not have to drive anywhere. Everything is truly in walking distance or biking distance. So much to do in Virginia Beach. Everyone is super friendly here too.
