We could not have a found a more perfect house for our friends weekend getaway! The great room was our favorite place to hang out and had enough room for all of us to be comfortable. Being able to spend time outside at night was another favorite! The deck and the fire pit were great perks! The host was very helpful and check in/out were easy! Highly recommend!

This house has so many places to gather—two dining areas, three sitting areas, outside on the deck and around fire pit. Several of us had trouble finding the place because it sits back from the road and all there is on the road is a small mailbox. We were disappointed to learn that there was no hairdryer, which had been listed in the amenities list. This house would be great for a large group, with adults and kids having lots of room to spread out.

Family stay over the holidays. Very convenient to New Hope and Princeton. The house was a great size for the whole family with many places to hang out, watch TV or play games. For any inquiries, the rental company will direct you to the owner, who is very responsive.

Stayed here with family, including young kids. House has 2 large family rooms, and a huge yard -- great for us to spread out! Kitchen was well stocked. If I could recommend one thing it would be to add potholders and kitchen towels!

80th Birthday Celebration with Family

The house was comfortable for our group of 12 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen well-organized for a family who likes to cook, flexible seating and eating areas and a large family room with bar in the back. We had an issue with the grill on the deck; the owner responded and took care of the issue first thing the next day. I live in the area and was impressed with the amount of current information the owners provided for places to eat, activities, transportation and other contacts in the area which is a collection of small towns, including Princeton. I'd happily stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and a great fit for our group. We especially appreciated having two living rooms, which gave everyone space to spread out and relax. Being able to check in early was also a huge plus and made things much easier for us.That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The floors were quite dirty—after walking around barefoot, our feet were noticeably dirty. The upstairs shower drained very slowly. Additionally, the house was quite warm when we arrived. We weren’t expecting AC window units in some of the rooms. It took a while to get the house to a comfortable temperature.

This property is large, has easy parking and a very responsive & accommodating host. The home was spotless and the host has pretty much thought of anything and everything you might need. There is room to spread out but also easy to be cozy all together in your choice of two living rooms and two dining areas. At least 5 extra large t.v’s, games, toys & books available for use. Beds were all comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. Lots of very nice cookware, glassware, dinnerware and silverware. We spent the holiday weekend just being together eating, playing games, watching movies and doing puzzles. It was stress free and fun, couldn’t ask for anything more and hope to return! Highly recommend
