Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and garden, along with ample parking on site. Please note the property is part of an operating vineyard, so you may occasionally hear farm machinery during working hours—adding to the authentic Barossa experience

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the Barossa Valley, with ample on-site parking available. Alternatively bike riding is a great way to explore the Barossa and everything is within easy riding distance. Nuriootpa’s main street, supermarkets, and cafes are just a 3-minute drive away, while Adelaide is an easy 1-hour drive south via the Northern Expressway.
Other Things to Note:
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
* This is not a pet friendly property.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
