Prestigious Grand Venezia Condo In Clearwater Florida. Resort Style Amenities
Gorgeous ground floor condo with water view. No stairs, makes it easy to bring in groceries. Stainless steel appliances granite countertops and double sinks in the bathroom. Sectional sofa that opens to a sleeper with a 65 inch t.v . Screened in patio with fan . King size bed with walk in closet and 55in t.V .
Walk out to the screened in lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or read your favourite book. Very clean and well kept . New furniture including mattresses. The grounds are gorgeous with all the amenities, including a walking path that you can enjoy looking at the water .
Looking for a mature couple who would like a month minimum but would prefer a winter stay Nov/ Dec - April . Please contact me for discount for a longer stay .

Grand Venezia Stay
Our vacation at the property was very enjoyable and comfortable. The entire condo was very clean, modern and well equipped for a pleasant stay. The location is fabulous, near the water, and beautiful well kept surroundings. The owner is pleasant and accommodating to deal with. The check-in process was smooth and we felt secure with a gated entrance. The Grand Venezia is a beautiful little community with many amenities. Would definitely recommend.
