The 77 year old ladies that visited the property were very pleased. Suggestions for hand rails on back porch. Some light bulbs were burnt out in kitchen and bathroom. Other than the few suggestions we had a lovely time.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There was spider webs and dust webs on every light fixture and nearly every corner. ( do have photos) ceiling fans had thick dust on them. When we dumped the trash to leave all the garbage cans were filthy inside. Hair on one of the sheets as soon as covers were turned down.

My group of 8 had a lovely time at this house! We stayed for the weekend with plenty of room for everyone. The owner was super helpful when I reached out and was ever pleasant. We would happily stay here again in the future!

Great house with lots of comfortable space. Just had some ants in the kitchen and outdoor cushions could use some cleaning. Great stay otherwise!

Afraid to rate this place because it might not be available after this review for next time we want to rent this!!! The pictures absolutely do NOT do this lake house justice. It is far larger than what you’d think! Loved everything about this house! Kitchen was beautifully and well stocked. The entire place is lake house themed and updated. Frontroom is huge and we enjoyed the homey touches which included throw blankets, games, even a bed with pull out bed was in the frontroom for mire beds and yet it looked huge. The other two bedrooms were smaller but well decorated and everyone said the mattresses were comfortable. Deck had a large pagoda over it, had plenty of wicker chairs and grill with nice wooded lot. Only recommendation would be to have some hangers in the closets. There were 3 or 4 in the queen bed room but not in the others! The driveway is very large but had a huge decline going to the garage. Be sure to use your parking breaks. Absolutely LOVED this large, roomy house!!!!!!!

Everything you need!

We stayed in the winter in order to be close to family at Christmas, so this review has nothing to do with lake access or activities. The place is huge and there were plenty of places to hang out. We played games, watched movies on the giant TV, and even sat out on the porch during sunny days. Several times we saw deer and hawks, and there were always woodpeckers and squirrels. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and pans, toaster, coffee pot, and all other kitchen essentials. Best of all, the hosts decorated for Christmas! We were coming to visit family, and can't stay at their house due to allergies, so we always rent a vacation home. This was the first one we've rented where there were holiday decorations -- including a full-sized Christmas tree. Absolutely wonderful stay here, would definitely book again.

This place was exactly what we needed! Within 30 minutes of contacting the owners about an empty propane tank, a replacement was made available. I’ve rented many properties through VRBO, and this was by far the quickest response I’ve ever received to an inquiry.The location was also very convenient, being within about 30 minutes of our destination. Often, pictures can make a property look larger than it actually is, but that was definitely not the case here. The home was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of seven.The backyard patio was the perfect place to relax and socialize after long, hot days. One of our favorite parts was watching the deer. They weren’t afraid of people at all and came surprisingly close, making for a wonderful experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

We had a wonderful stay at this property near Land Between the Lakes. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for enjoying the outdoors, exploring LBL, and spending time with family.The property had a peaceful setting and made us feel right at home. Communication was great, and everything was just as described. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay while visiting the area.We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
