The space:
It's a vast property with many garden views, a large pool, and lovely views of the Caribbean Sea and Negril's Seven Mile Beach. It is located at The Aqueducts, a newly constructed, secured complex in the heart of Negril, Jamaica. This relaxing one-bedroom, one-bathroom luxury condo is the perfect home away from home for your vacation. All kitchen items needed for cooking will be provided. The bathroom is stocked with bath products and more.
Have a glass of wine while enjoying a movie on the comfortable sofa, or sit on the balcony and watch the breathtaking views of Negril's Seven Mile Beach and sunsets. It is one of the few places in the area with a pool. This luxury condo is conveniently located 5 minutes away from Negril's Seven Mile Beach, loaded with activities and attractions that are sure to delight.
We know the importance of feeling comfortable and relaxed when returning from a long day of sightseeing and adventures. This idea inspired us to provide everyone that stays at "Seaview Paradise" to recharge and relax. Enjoy all of the amenities of the home a water heater, air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a balcony. Occasionally, sounds from traffic can be heard from the balcony or if windows and doors are open. This luxury condo is located on the second floor. Guests must climb one flight of stairs to access the entrance to this luxury condo. A personal chef is available on special request (extra charges apply). We provide a complete Jamaican experience for our guests, guaranteeing they see the best Negril, Jamaica, has to offer. Taxis are available at your request. We have local taxis' names and contact information for airport pick-up and drop-off, round-town services, etc. (at your own expense). The "Seaview Paradise" is a self-contained luxury condo with one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a balcony, and a laundry room.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home. As well as all shared community amenities such as the pool, guests must follow all pool rules (POSTED), the gym, and 24-hour security. Free parking is provided for guests.

Please note that due to COVID-19, we are taking extra care to disinfect the space. We have enhanced cleaning measures to disinfect high-touch areas and allow guests to check in and out without person-to-person contact.
