About this property
Aqua Marine offers a warm and soulful spot to unwind, refresh and reconnect.
Aqua Marine offers a warm, soulful space to unwind, refresh, and reconnect with both nature and the water.
Newly built in 2022, Aqua Marine is a modern interpretation of the classic lakeside shack. As one of Boreen Point’s prestige lakefront properties, this stylish two-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The open-plan design and expansive north-facing deck showcase uninterrupted views across Lake Cootharaba, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor retreat.
Perfectly positioned, Aqua Marine is just 50 metres from the Boreen Point boat ramp and 70 metres from a sandy swimming beach—an ideal setting for boating, paddling, sailing, fishing, or simply enjoying a lakeside swim. To make life easy after a day outdoors, the house includes an outdoor shower and direct external access to the laundry and bathroom.
Lake Cootharaba is internationally renowned as a premier flat-water sailing venue. On calmer days, the lake is dotted with paddlers, rowers, and fishing boats, while hot summer afternoons call for a refreshing swim. To the north, the lake flows into the untouched Noosa Everglades, while to the south it connects to the Noosa River system with water access all the way to Tewantin and Noosa Heads. And when you’re ready for a change of pace, Noosa’s beaches, shops, and restaurants are only a scenic 30-minute drive away.
