St Georges Luxury Beach House
A beautifully presented premium double story four bedroom property, ideally suited for large multi-generational, or large family groups.
Situated in the 'Paris end' of St Georges Way in the exclusive Sands Estate, this property has all the bells and whistles for those wanting to relax and in luxury on holiday.
Upstairs you will find the large, luxurious master bedroom with ensuite and deck with its spectacular views over The Sands golf course. There are a further 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed the other with 4 single beds as well as the kid's playroom with a pull-out sofa bed. The large, well appointed family bathroom with deep bathtub is also on the upper level.
Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom with access to the downstairs deck and a further bathroom. Here you'll also find the open plan dining, living and kitchen with butler's pantry, flowing seamlessly onto the spectacular outside living area with outside kitchen and seating area overlooking the large, heated pool and spa.
To keep everyone active and entertained this property not only has the heated pool and spa but also a fully equipped gym in the garage, a space invader/Pac man machine, full sized pool table as well as Foxtel both downstairs and upstairs.
Whilst the property has everything needed to keep the most active and discerning guests entertained it is also located within the luscious fairways of the Sands Golf Course and a 15-minute walk from Whites beach to ensure you’ll never run out of activities during your stay. You’ll also be situated a stone's throw from Torquay's vibrant center where you'll have easy access to a plethora of exceptional restaurants, lively bars, and charming shops. Should you wish to explore further, Geelong and the Bellarine peninsular are a short drive away, in one direction whilst the other direction takes you along the iconic Great Ocean Road.
Dogs are also welcome to the property however please note the Sands Golf course does not allow dogs onto the golf course in any circumstances. The back yard is secure for most dogs. It is preferred that dogs that bark do not get left unattended on the property to reduce the noise to neighbors.
Understandably, dogs are not allowed on beds or couches.
Please note that a pre authorization of $500 is required as part of the security measures.
