Wonderful location with easy access to waterfront, trails, downtown shops and art gallery. Property was spotless, with comfortable beds, good supply of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Kitchen supplies met our needs for all meal preparations over our 4 night stay. We especially appreciated the availability of decaf coffee pods for the Keurig. Would definitely stay again next year.

Cozy and Comfortable stay. The place was exactly as described and check in/out incredibly easy. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. Easy walk down to beach and downtown. Love the portable camping chairs and umbrellas provided though never got to use them.

Make sure the air conditioning noise has been fixed before you go. Also, ensure there’s a bathmat on the bottom of the tub and a crab bar in the shower. Otherwise it was delightful.

A few notes about your review; We are pleased to confirm that there is now a 2nd, larger grab bar in the shower area, in addition to the existing smaller built-in grab bar. The tub mat is also in the bathroom. We would have truly appreciated it if you had mentioned as soon as you noticed that one was missing. It wasn’t mentioned until after you checked out. One would have arrived at your door as soon as we had been informed about it. It is extremely important to us that our guests are comfortable & happy in our little cottage. Very clean and modern cottage exactly as shown in the listing with private parking right in front of the door. The host kept in touch with us and responded to all of our questions promptly the welcome card she left for us was a lovely touch às were the water, treats and other small tokens. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the cottage. It was bright and cheery and well appointed. The personal decor touches made the cottage feel homey. It is in a safe and quiet location. I would highly recommend this spot and I look forward to coming back again.

Southampton cottage

The property was lovely. So close to the beach and downtown. The cottage was super clean and well cared for. We super enjoyed our very quiet and restful stay. The hosts thought of everything that we might need during our stay.

Wedding stay

We stayed here for a wedding and were so pleased with this little gem! Perfect location, a few blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, a couple of blocks from the beach.This house was super clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great. I rarely sleep well when away from home but between the comfy bed and the linens it was absolute heaven. Should we ever venture here again we would stay here in a heartbeat! Loved it!!

Jennifer and Tom’s property was immaculate,comfortable and filled with extra little surprises. Their apartment came with everything you could possibly need, with a location within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and the fireworks were amazing ! Everything about the property was perfect for the two of us. The property has been modernized very nicely. Unusually we couldn't get our own router to work, but the house WiFi was fine for streaming and email (we did not attempt anything more serious). The access to the town centre and the beach was great. We did a lot of walking, which was a major factor for us. Southampton in mid-October still has a nice vibe and the shopkeepers were very friendly and frank about their stores.We will definitely consider returning soon to this lovely cottage.
