* The home has central AC—one unit for each floor (no individual room controls).
* We do our best to keep the temperature comfortable, especially when the house is full.
* For guests who prefer a warmer space or no AC, portable heaters are available upon request and work great.

As our guest at the Inn, you'll enjoy your own private room with a dedicated exterior entrance. An interior door connects you to shared spaces, including a spacious dining area with tea, coffee, and water, as well as a cozy lounge with couches and chairs.
Step outside to explore the garden, and enjoy the convenience of a private parking lot.
To help maintain our low rates and reduce environmental impact, we do not provide daily room cleaning as a standard.
If you would like to request daily cleaning, a $20 service fee will apply.
