The house is at a quite court location surrounded by trees and bushes . It’s a uniquely designed house to have optimum light during the day and beautiful green view . Three large bedrooms and one small bedroom. Master bedroom with ensuite , surrounded by adjacent bush land . Three living areas and a nice kitchen with modern appliances. You can enjoy the mini cinema room with state of the art surround sound , 4K projector with access to Netflix/ prime and Disney plus . Also a dedicated working space if you work from home . Big back yard with manicured garden . Outdoor fire place and the barbecue will give your get away more value . Out door deck / balcony and Elevated outdoor terrace with patio chairs to recline in , would be ideal for lazy mornings and evenings. Bottom line is after you entered to Morning side , you will have your own separate private world , indoor out door mingled in the best possible way .

Guests can access to whole indoor and outdoor areas except the basement store room next to the cinema room .
Other things to note
As mentioned in the description, this is a quite court location , and neighbours value their calm surroundings. So guests have to respect that . Also since this house is next to a trees and bush land there might be possum sightings and sounds specially at night . But no need to worry at all since they are very harmless animals . Also lot of native birds . Parking is allowed for 4 cars , two in the carport one in drive way and one in front parking slot . All the other street parking slots are for neighbours .

Very quiet and comfortable property nestled amongst nature, nature walks and wetlands just behind the property was perfect for me to go on my morning walk. We stayed 2 nights, the cinema room was a hit with the kids. Plenty of room and the ducted heating throughout the home we found amazing on the cold mornings. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent property for an extended family

Our combined family of 2 adults and 6 children of a wide age range stayed at the property for a weekend. The place was comfortable, modern and clean. The amenities were top-shelf with an excellent theatre room and spacious living and sleeping areas.
