There Are Local Bush Walk's & Guided Tours, Fully Self Contained Unit. 3min Walk To All Local Vintage Attractions, Post Office & Petrol/ Convenance Store. Good Base To Cradle Mountain. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washing Machine & Dryer Great For After Bushwalks Or With Travelling Around Tasmania.

Waratah is the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage Tarkine Wilderness. It is so truly beautiful & plenty of wildlife. The Platypus is one of the local wildlife that gets a lot of attention.

Waratah Waterfall Retreat is right beside a beautiful Waterfall , Platypus in the local lake, Parks, BBQ's, Bushwalks & central to everything in the Village.
