Well Appointed Apartment

Great location with an easy walk into the town centre and the beach. Clean, comfortable and complete with everything needed to cook in-house. Excellent communication from initial booking, check in and checkout.

Ample Space

The apartment is in great shape, the space is ample and it's well taken care of and clean. The owners we responsive and helpful. They checked in to make sure everything was working well. it's in a convenient location, close to the main street and the beach. It's a good value.

Great location! Very clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in San Pancho at villa 1! We had a plumbing issue the first night to which the owner promptly responded. Vicky was responsive to all of my emails and questions and even set us up with a golf Carr and taxi to our next location! There was a rooster that woke us up but we got ear plugs and slept just fine. There is AC that works if you need it and a fully equipped kitchen. The place was clean and met our needs!

Fantastic Apartment in San Pancho

Bob & Vicky make the entire process and stay very comfortable and easy. Apartment is in a great location, the listing is very accurate, very well equipped kitchen if you like to cook, reliable wifi, air conditioning etc - highly recommend and will be back !

We also live here so we will be available if you need us. We have been in the business of vacation rentals for over 18 years.
