BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW CORNER UNIT!!! Gulf Dunes 510 is in a premium location on Okaloosa Island! Close to wonderful restaurants and a mere ten to fifteen minutes away from Destin. There are many amenities for you to enjoy such as two swimming pools(one heated seasonally), an exercise room, tennis courts, and a barbecue area! Plenty of water activities for you and your family to enjoy in the area as well! This capacious 3 bedroom and 3 bath unit will sleep up to 8 guests with the primary bedroom on the ocean side. The views from the primary bedroom and living area are breathtaking! This unit also comes with complimentary beach service of two chairs and one umbrella so you can enjoy the white sand and emerald water of the Gulf.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Primary bedroom - King Secondary Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - 2 Twins Sleeper in the living room. This unit will sleep 8 guests.

This property had exactly what we needed for our beach stay. Heated pool was great. Loved having the included beach chairs that limited what we needed to carry to the beach. No complaints at all!

The booking process through Brooks and Shorey has been easy each time we have stayed. This particular unit was nice, but could use some upgrades on doors/locks. I know it's hard to keep a rental unit's floors clean, but it seemed like it's time for this unit to have a "deep clean" done. Overall we were happy with our stay and will continue to book through Brooks and Shorey.
