You will delight in taking full advantage of the indoor-outdoor living spaces, ideal for entertaining or simply just enjoying the home infused with cooling breezes and awash in natural light.

This delightful holiday home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and a drive through garage and is ideally located in a quiet well maintained residential area of Yamba. Kokoma is surrounded by well established manicured gardens taking full advantage of the northerly aspect, complete with sandy beach and a private pontoon and jetty.

Life is all about spending time with family and friends and making memories that will last, so take the time to book your own little slice of paradise and start counting down the days until you can relax and unwind in style.

Please Note that there is a large boat permanently moored to the front of the pontoon and a small tinnie on a trailer on part only of the boat ramp. (The working part of the boat ramp will remain open). The sides and inner portion of the pontoon will remain open so the sides (3 metres) & inside (4 metres x 2) may be used to cleat a boat off. Extra cleats were installed for this purpose.

Great location

Very comfortable house in quiet location. Looked unloved on the outside but had everything we needed inside and great layout for the family. Being on the canal with the pontoon was a huge bonus.
