The Space:
This breezy beachside home features seamless open plan indoor/outdoor living areas that unfold to the covered alfresco, overlooking the sparkling 7.5m x 4.0m in-ground pool. Beautiful landscaped gardens with decent sized yard for the children and a BBQ big enough to cook for everyone at once... this is the perfect setting for a relaxing or entertaining holiday away with the family.

Fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and all modern appliances (instructions included in the house manual provided). Full sized fridge/freezer, 6 burner gas stovetop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine! We also provide basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt, pepper, paper towels etc.!

Blackbutt timber has been utilised for the flooring and stunning feature staircase leading upstairs. Two spacious living areas, one on each level as well as the outside living zone. Fast Wi-fi, Netflix and Disney+ available.

Ducted air-conditioning to all of upstairs, and split systems downstairs servicing the living room and office. The only bedroom not to have air conditioning is bedroom 5 downstairs the king bedroom. However this would naturally be the coolest bedroom in the house, and the living room split system is just metres away. Ceiling fans are throughout the entire house.

Five amazing bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with bathtubs! All linen for bedding and bath towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Travel cot + sheets, playpen + 2 x highchairs available as well as safety gates making this home super child friendly!

Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.

The Neighborhood:
Golden Beach is part of Caloundra, the southernmost town on the Sunshine Coast, and the northern extent of the Moreton Bay Marine Park. Golden Beach itself is known for it’s still, calm waters - it has no surf beach. Golden Beach is part of Pumicestone Passage, the body of water that separates the mainland from Bribie Island.

Getting Around:
Located in a prime position just footsteps from The Pumicestone Passage and Caloundra Boardwalk, within walking distance to a local IGA and shops and cafes, and a short drive to surf beaches and shopping centres, local restaurants and cafe's. There’s public transport available if needed. Bikes and scooters are available for your group to get out and explore!

Other Things to Note:
It should be noted that the property is located in a particularly quiet street. This property is ideal for those looking for a relaxed, chilled, secluded setting to spend time with friends and loved ones and to enjoy what the local area has to offer. We ask that you respect the local resident community in keeping excessive noise to a minimum.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
