Perfectly placed in Noosa Heads
A short walk to Noosa's main beach, this contemporary home at 67 Noosa Parade is perfectly placed to enjoy the best of what Noosa has to offer. It is located halfway between Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace, both offering a wonderful selection of dining, bars and shopping establishments. Choose between time at the beach or by the River.
Offering a private outdoor oasis with salt water pool and accommodation for up to 6 guests there are 3 bedrooms split across two levels. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both rooms open out onto a large shaded terrace overlooking the pool. This is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink and watch the sun go down over the Noosa Hinterland.
Downstairs there is an additional Queen bedroom with an adjacent renovated bathroom with shower. This room has its own TV and opens out onto a back courtyard with lush tropical gardens.
The sleek kitchen is modern with stone bench tops and well-equipped with Miele appliances. There is an adjacent laundry with a washing machine and dryer which has external access to the back courtyard where the clothesline is.
A comfortable air-conditioned living/dining area leads out onto the private north-facing pool patio at the front of the house. This is a lovely area from which to catch some afternoon sun and enjoy your holiday read. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table where there is a BBQ for guest use.
All rooms have their own air-conditioning and ceiling fans, with the exception of one of the upstairs bedrooms which has a fan. The sliding doors in all bedrooms have security flyscreens which can be left open overnight to allow the cool air to circulate. Each bedroom has large built-in wardrobes. There is also a study area next to the kitchen.
67 Noosa Parade is 200 metres from Quamby Place where you will find a number of award-winning restaurants, including Wasabi, Rickys Bar & Restaurant and Rock Salt. A 12-minute flat walk in the other direction will take you to Hastings Street. Or jump on one of the local buses that regularly pass along Noosa Parade. Across the road is the river where you can enjoy activities including fishing, paddle boarding, boating and kayaking.
The property has a secure remote access garage with parking for one medium-sized car. There is additional parking in the driveway for a second car, as well as ample on-street parking out the front.

The check-in process could be simplified — guests must travel into town(the junction) to collect and return the key, meaning multiple Uber trips each way particularly if your flight does not coincide with check in/out. A lockbox would be far more practical, especially for those without a car.None of the rooms have blackout curtains, so don’t expect a sleep-in. More surprisingly, basic essentials like hand soap, toilet paper and tissues weren’t provided, which I’ve never encountered in a short-stay rental before.The pillows were quite poor and most guests woke with neck issues after a few nights.That said, the house is in a fantastic location with an easy flat walk into town.
