Discover the charm of our private basement suite nestled in the Rockies, situated in a very exclusive, low-density residential neighborhood in Canmore, AB.

After your day of mountain adventures, relax in a double whirlpool bathtub or use a cedar Ofuro-style soaking tub while enjoying your favorite show on a 65" TV.

Embrace the cozy ambiance of the living room with its wooden fireplace. Be enchanted by the frequent sightings of deer and elk in the area. Experience the ideal combination of luxury, charm, and wildlife encounters.

Great weekend getaway!

Photos don't do justice how beautiful this property is. Stan was so nice and accommodating for our stay. Beautiful views in the morning, and close to downtown Canmore but in a quieter area away from the busyness of downtown Canmore. We will definitely stay here again!

The Elkside Hideout spa suite was an absolute gem. The high-quality finishes and impeccable attention to detail made our stay truly relaxing. Beyond our expectations!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The space is BEAUTIFUL — the photos don’t do it justice! Stan was a lovely host, he was attentive and informative and gave us lots of privacy for our honeymoon as well. The space was clean, easy to access and all the amenities were amazing. We would love to stay again when we get the chance, in fact we’re afraid we won’t be able to stay in another VRBO in Canmore because this one blew us away. It was even better than advertised :)
