Studio Cottage w/ Oak Floors and Knotty Pine Walls (CS0003)
Cute studio cottage convenient to Orleans and Wellfleet. This is an ideal home for a couple seeking an inexpensive but great vacation. Inside there is a kitchenette with all the pots, pans and utensils that you need. A trundle bed is converted to a full sized bed for night sleeping. There is a screened deck with day bed, furniture, dining table for relaxation. High ceilings with ceiling fan and window air conditioner, a patio with a picnic table facing a wooded area to enjoy beautiful evenings and the full night sky.
It is located in Eastham on the Outer Cape, the Gateway to the beautiful Cape Cod National Seashore, all 43,000 acres. The Salt Pond Visitor Center is nearby. Consider taking a boat trip onto the Nauset Marsh. Walk to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, bike rentals nearby. You can walk to the local movie theatre or drive to the drive-in! Walk to the Wellfleet Fleamarket on the weekends, and pick up an ''antique.'' Besides the many beaches and ponds, the home is near the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, with its many walking trails, and so many other activities. About 25 minutes drive to historic and artsy Provincetown. Great restaurants all around. Come and relax. Eat well and enjoy the beach.

My wife and I stayed at this cute little cottage with our small dogs for the week and would highly recommend! It was well-equipped, clean, and relaxing! Also, it’s in a nice location if you want to stay in Eastham or hop over to Wellfleet or Orleans and about 25 minutes to Provincetown. It’s also only a few minute drive to the Wellfleet Bay Sanctuary, which is a must! Definitely consider this place for your vacation or short stay!
