About this property

Lakeview – Your Quintessential Lakeside Retreat

Lakeview is a charming, original beach cottage in an extraordinary location—sitting right on the shores of Lake Cootharaba. This laid-back three-bedroom retreat sleeps up to six guests, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed family getaway. With two queen beds and two single beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind and create lasting memories.

Step out onto the wide, sheltered back deck and take in the breathtaking views of pristine Lake Cootharaba. Whether you’re sharing a barbecue, lounging in the outdoor seating area, or simply soaking up the peaceful northern aspect with its sunshine and gentle lake breezes, this is a space made for relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find a freshly renovated bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. The heart of the home is its open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area—bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully updated for comfort. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and restful stay.

Lake Cootharaba itself is world-renowned as a premier flat-water sailing venue, while also being perfect for paddling, rowing, fishing, or a refreshing swim on a summer’s day. To the north, the lake flows into the untouched Noosa Everglades; to the south, it links into the Noosa River system, offering waterway access all the way to Tewantin and Noosa Heads.

When you’re ready to explore, Lakeview is just 30 minutes from the beaches, shops, and restaurants of Noosa, and only 15 minutes from Tewantin for all your supplies and conveniences.

Lakeview offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful lakeside escape immersed in nature, with the vibrant attractions of Noosa close at hand. Come and experience the magic of Lakeview.
