Positioned on over an acre of land in the highly desirable neighbourhood of Mount Eliza with the village less than 10 minutes walk away, this expansive estate offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Numerous amenities including a swimming pool, basketball court, and a large backyard, there are plenty of options for both leisure and active pursuits. The iconic half-moon bay, just a 15-minute walk, invites you to sunbathe, walk along the crystal sands, or simply enjoy the view.
This incredible residence offers an oasis of luxury, complete with a heated pool and cabana, multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, and a privately secluded ambience. As you approach this property, you'll be led down a long, sealed drive, lined with prolific native gardens. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright open floor plan bathed in light, thanks to the ideal northerly aspect and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.

At the heart of the home lies a dynamic, stone-topped gourmet kitchen and dining area. Here, you can sit around the six-seater counter-top while preparing a home-cooked meal. Afterwards, make your way to one of the three living areas, each furnished with large, cosy sofas, creating the perfect spaces for unwinding. From there, head outside to make the most of the sparkling pool, heated for comfort from December - Easter, cabana with barbeque and outdoor dining, or basketball court. Central cooling and heating ensure the home is comfortable no matter the season.

The sleeping accommodations are as refined as the rest of the home, each tailored for relaxation and privacy. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while bedrooms two, three, and four each offer a queen. The fifth bedroom is perfectly suited for children with a bunk bed featuring two singles. Two full bathrooms are elegantly appointed, while an additional half bath adds convenience for guests.

Adding to the home's functionality is a laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer.

Mount Eliza enjoys both tranquillity and convenience making it a popular destination. The locale is renowned for some of Victoria's most picturesque beaches, including Half Moon Bay, which is just a 15-minute walk from the stay. This beach offers opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. A mere 10-minute walk away, you'll find the vibrant Mount Eliza village, home to an array of dining options. Soul Press, a local favourite just 12 minutes on foot, offers traditional Aussie breakfasts and great coffee. Come nightfall, you'll be spoilt for choice. Head straight for Ranelagh Drive, where a multitude of restaurants awaits. Just a quick 10-minute stroll away is Slims Hot Pizza, a quirky bar that offers plenty of food and drink options, guaranteeing a fun night out.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Only one small dog is allowed for a fee of AUD110. Any exceptions must be pre-approved prior to booking. Cats are not permitted.
