From the owner: "Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed all of the amenities. Thank you for cleaning up and leaving little for the cleaning crew. That was very much appreciated!"
Or only issue was the front steps and hand rail were very rickety. Almost tripped several times. These should be fixed or at least some form of warning sign should be posted
The owner canceled my reaervation of the day of arrival.

Online pictures and description do not show the property fairly. TV needs operating instructions for us non-Roku users. The snacks and food items were an unexpected bonus.

From the Owner: "Thank you for review. The place was left so clean and tidy, thank you! If you have any suggestions for new photos, I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you for the great idea for written instructions on working the Roku. I will do that! I hope you at least enjoyed your stay, my sincerest apologies it was not as expected. Thank you again, it was a pleasure to be your host!"
The trailer was cute and had everything you would need. The host left snacks and sent us a text telling us to help ourselves. Several food items were open/used. Which was odd, but still appreciated. They had lots of boars games and things to keep the kids occupied, including paint and canvases which my kods loved. There is a nice little creek out back with canoes and a paddle boat. A nice little trail to walk also. There were some hairs in the bathtub and a water leak in the kitchen causing a musty smell, the host left a note apologizing saying they had just found the leak. The park that its in has some rough looking trailers in it, but the trailer its self is very cute and well decorated. The host was absolutely amazing. We ended up leaving the afternoon before checkout because a bad storm knocked the electricity out. We left in a hurry and forgot somethings, including my little ones potty seat and my teens pants with money in the pocket. The host let me know i had left them and is shipping it back to me. We will 100% be staying there again.
