Great location and beautiful views from the cabin. Very secluded and peaceful. The New River trail is very close by to bike ride or walk. My husband and I love this area of Virginia.

The view was amazing! Serene mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the hummingbirds. Secluded, peaceful cabin tastefully decorated with all kinds of antique and interesting items throughout the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had new appliances. Beds were cozy. Great stay! Would definitely return.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We only were able to stay for one night while we were en route to the beach, but it was such a great experience. The photos don't do the views justice --- so beautiful. The house was very clean and the structure of the home is so sound and authentic. Many neat decor touches throughout the home. I wish we had had more time at this home!

The cabin is gorgeous and the view is amazing. Everything was great except the AC is very noisy and there was this minor thing..we felt like the sheets on one of the beds looked dirty so we went to take the fitted sheet off and put an extra sheet on that was in a closet and the folded sheets in the closet were all damp. May have just been a one time thing hopefully. We will be back.

Beautiful property overlooking the new river. Access to River is not possible from the property., although Foster Falls State Park is about 5 miles away. Driveway is very steep.Just to note there are no shades on the windows above the living room and therefore no shade to the loft area three beds. This means you will wake up with the sun!
