Shadforth Rise is a contemporary gem, boasting four large bedrooms (1x King + 3x Queen), an ensuite and a family bathroom and a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly connects to the great outdoors.

Step outside to an undercover patio area overlooking the stunning views where you can soak in the serenity of the gorgeous Karri trees lining the property. The patio is furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining, complete with a barbecue grill for those delightful cookouts.

This spacious retreat accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind together.

The interior of the property is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and amenities. In the open plan living area you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge area with a woodburning stove and a dining area perfect for meals with loved ones. In addition to the main lounge area, there is also a separate TV lounge room with a modern 65 inch smart TV, Bluetooth connectable soundbar and comfortable seating for enjoying a relaxed evening of entertainment.

We provide all the modern conveniences you need including reverse cycle air-conditioning, heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi and ample parking.

Shadforth Rise is conveniently located just a short 3 km drive from Denmark’s town centre with its boutique shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants. Explore the local beaches and walking trails, visit wineries, or simply relax and take in the breathtaking views whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings, flora and fauna.

Gorgeous Home with a spectacular view

The property was wonderfully appointed and extremely spacious and comfortable. A little out of town, make sure you have a driver. But the view, surrounds and birdlife are well worth staying here.

Great stay, everything was perfect!

We stayed in this house for a week with our 2 boys and we really enjoyed it! The house was clean, everything needed was there, from glad wrap, salt & pepper to shower gel and washing machine detergent, even games. Good location close to town, nice and quiet area and great views. We enjoyed sitting outside at night looking at the stars, doing barbecues and relaxing in the bath. We will definitely be back.

Family of 6 with 2 grandparents. Grandparents had their own space separated by the living area. Everything we needed. Took our boat down. Plenty of room for 2 cars and boat.

We had a wonderful stay in Denmark. The house was as pictured, spacious, clean and the views were stunning. I loved there was no TV in the main living area, days were spent playing board games, cooking meals in the well equiped kitchen and having great chats with friends. Very Homely and will treasure the memories made.

This house has it all

We had a wonderful stay. The house is modern and has plenty of space for two families. It is light and from the open kitchen/lounge area you have a beautiful view of the inlet. It’s close to town which is also handy. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and good quality items too. There were plenty of games and books and there are 2 bathrooms but also a separate toilet in the utility room. All basics are provided: toilet paper, soap etc. The communication with the property manager was excellent too. Denmark region is beautiful and we had an amazing time.

A little bit of luxury on Shadforth

Had a amazing time at Shadforth Rise for 8 nights in the beautiful area of Mount Shadforth in Denmark. House is immaculately clean and modern but still cosy. Really enjoyed the log fire and also the convenience of the aircon. The view is spectacular. Loved the big bathrooms and kitchen. As a party of 2/3 it worked perfectly for winter. If you were to use every bedroom in the colder months an oil heater in every bedroom/theatre would be ideal. Just a suggestion for guests in the warmer weather ...ceiling fans in every room? Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and thanks 😊
