Great Property

We loved the condo. It was clean and stocked with what we needed. Ed is super kind and easy to get in contact with, as well. Elevators went down a few times and were back and running quickly.

The unit was very clean. It had beautiful views from the balcony. It was such a nice surprise to have beach chairs included. The location is nice and quiet. The heated, covered pool across the street was very pleasant and the hot tubs were hot and soothing. The staff was for the facility was visible and active and made us feel welcomed and safe. We truly liked how convenient it was to walk off the elevator and be feet from the sand at the bottom level. The garages are easy to navigate as well.

We have been staying at the Celadon for 10 years. Love the location. Have actually stayed at this unit before. The living room layout has been updated and does not look like the pictures. King mattress sleeps well. Biggest complaints. The master bedroom will not cool off even with AC set to 68. The rest of the condo would be freezing trying to cool the master. The bunk bed mattresses are terrible. They have been used so much there is a dip in the middle of them. Communication with Hollie the property manager was great.

Property was great. room was as described , bed comfortable . Parking with motorcycle during bike week was a little crazy. they wanted you to pay the 45 just like a car . then park only on 3-4 floor and share parking space with another bike. that was my only problem during they stay!

Beautiful unit, quiet location

The unit was clean and comfy with nice furniture and appliances. It is the last condo building heading out of PCB so the beach never felt crowded. I was worried about staying on the 17th floor but the elevators were fast so the wait was always short. My kids were so happy to see beach toys included with our unit! We forgot our boogie boards at home but didn't have to buy more because they were provided! The beach chairs on the front row were also great! It is further away from the restaurants and action than some we have stayed in the past, so that could be a negative if you are looking to be in walking distance to those things. We will be back!

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful with great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. There was easy access to the beach, pools, and tennis courts. The view off of the balcony was gorgeous. We even saw dolphins one morning. The condo came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. You just need to check in with the person on the beach to get your assigned chairs for the day. We loved that this condo was further down the beach from all of the busy parts. We also liked that a parking garage was available to keep our car out of the direct sun. The only reason we gave this condo a 4 stars is because of the mattresses. We woke up each day with sore backs. The master bed was hard and the bunk mattresses were very thin, If these were upgraded, the place would have been perfect.
