The Prima Donna is a five-bedroom, five and a half bathroom Orlando vacation villa that’s located in the Encore Resort at Reunion. This property is everything that you could want and then some while on vacation.

Why stay in an overpriced, overcrowded resort when you can enjoy your own space, eating your own food, and swimming in your own pool.
Speaking of which, the Prima Donna has a gorgeous, sun-drenched pool area where you and your guests can cool off after a long day at the nearby parks.
The outdoor space is also home to a covered lanai with an outdoor dining table as well as a relaxing fire pit that’s surrounded by comfortable, cushioned chairs.
There’s more to the Prima Donna than a picturesque back yard, there’s more to see inside, let’s check it out.

The first floor has an open-concept floor plan which makes it the ideal space for you and your guests to enjoy each other’s company without feeling like you’re sitting on top of one another.
The entire main living area uses a cool, modern color palette as gray, blue, and white to find their home in the décor. The living room has gorgeous furniture that faces a large flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure.
The dining room is right off the living room and it’s home to a fabulous eight-person dining table, the perfect place for you to enjoy a family meal.
Finally, the kitchen is the cook in your group’s dream come true. The large island doubles as a four-person breakfast bar and there’s plenty of granite counter space for cutting, chopping, serving, and dining. There are also stainless-steel appliances and lots of storage space.

The Prima Donna has five bedrooms each of which come with a flat-screen TV and their own unique design. In fact, one of the bedrooms will be perfect for the little ones in your group as it comes with bunk beds and its design is inspired by Finding Nemo!
The second floor is also home to your lounge area and it’s here that you’ll find another flat-screen TV and pool table.

The most glorious time!
We had a fantastic time in this home. 8 adults 50-63 yrs of age. Plenty of room not to get in each other's space. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed for up to 12 people. The chairs have some peeling of fabric which they have covered with blankets. That is from previous guests sitting on them with wet bathing suits. Didn't bother us. They were super comfy chairs and the blankets worked perfectly. Pool was magnificent and large. A gathering place everyday for the group. Pool heat is a must in the winter as the water is mighty chilly without. It was not turned on when we arrived and we paid for it ahead of time, but a quick phone call had that fixed in a jiff and it took about 24 hrs to get to max heat but it was swimmable the next morning. The fire pit was a great addition. Nights are cooler in Feb so we Sat out there at night and talked around the fire. Seat cushions have black stain on them from being left out in the weather but we just placed a towel over them and problem solved. Comfortable chairs! The pool team and lawn care folks came on Wednesday and were polite and asked permission to do there work which we had no problem with. They have a job to do. They were in and out of the backyard quickly and did not inconvenience us at all. The bedrooms were well appointed. The colour scheme of the house interior was calming and relaxing. The pool table upstairs was used often as was the fun garage games. We loved our stay here! We will be back again!

Property needs maintenance......
Furniture needs replaced. Afghans covering worn out areas on chairs. Mildew on all the seat cushions around the fire pit. Ventilation fan coming out of the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Ice maker not working in refrigerator. Fountains in pool not operational. (See photos used for listing on VRBO). Foosball table in garage had no ball to actually use for play. Garage exterior light burned out. Great location and great Clubhouse amenities.....

Great stay
We absolutely loved this home. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms etc with all women staying made it easy. The only negative to this property is the door to the pool has a very loud safety alarm. I understand this if you have small children but to open door you must hit a button first. To come in again hit button and I think you have 15 seconds to get everyone in. On top of that they have a gate you have to open to get to the pool. We were a group of 5 all over the age of 40. Wish this could have been turned off.
