The Space:
Country Escape sits in the town of Wingham in the Mid-North Coast region of New South Wales, 329 kilometres North of Sydney. Just a 7-minute drive to Wingham town centre with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and more. Nearby Ellenborough Falls, Garden Grub, and Scottish Festival in June are just a few of the attractions in the area.

The ideal tiny house set in an empty space surrounded by trees with stunning views of natural bush, near a dam with fish and bonfire facilities, and chargrill BBQ. You can also scan our QR PHOTO to unlock Hunter Valley Journey - a 10% DISCOUNT on tiny houses.

A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes a cassette toilet and removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house called "Hillside Cottage" that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

As an added note, the tiny house is about 20 to 30 meters away from the main house.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence and the house yard.

Breakfast, Dinner and Grazing board is available at an extra cost, must be pre-arranged with the host 24 hrs before arrival.

- Wingham music festival in October, annual three-day music festival held in Manning Valley on the NSW Mid Coast, one of the country’s most popular music festivals
- Wingham rodeo festival in January organized by the Wingham Show Society, features bull riding, barrel racing, and other rodeo events

Sightseeing

- The Ellenborough Falls is only a 30 minute drive away and the tallest single drop waterfall in NSW. It is the tallest in the southern hemisphere, nearby cafes, bush walks, scenic rivers, and more.
- In just 8 minutes, you'll be at the Wingham Brush which is a rare and beautiful nature reserve.
- Giant Moreton Bay figs, a beautiful boardwalk and thousands of endangered grey-head flying foxes at sunset.


Food Scene

-7 minutes drive to all your local shops including Coles, popular cafes and the Australian Pub best known for their local steaks.
- Garden Grub is a quaint cafe with nice outdoor seating providing a nice relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff focused on customer service.

Getting Around:
By car: All is reachable by 4WD.

By public transport: 5 minutes to the train station; there are taxi services and buses.

Other Things to Note:
- Smoking allowed only at outside of the Tiny house
- Chargrill BBQ and bonfire facilities available
- Mobile reception is weak: Telstra has good signal. Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees & Spark have weak signal.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have cows, sheep, chickens, rabbits, dogs, and pet snakes (in cages).
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to your arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pit is not available during the fire season
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
